According to Hip Hollywood, Donald Sterling’s alleged former mistress, V. Stiviano is making headlines again … This time, after being attacked while in New York. According to Stiviano’s lawyer, Mac Nehoray, V. was attacked by two men on Sunday night after leaving dinner with her sister and a group of friends. V’s attorney claims that around 7 p.m, as she left the eatery by the Gansevoort Hotel in Manhattan, the suspects began hitting Stiviano while calling her racial slurs.
“They were about 5’7″ and they knew exactly who she was. They began to hit her and called her the N word. Other disgusting slurs were made against her. She was able to run away and several onlookers then began attempting to apprehend the two men.”
Stiviano, who was in New York to make an appearance on Anderson Cooper 360, reportedly plans on filing a police report today. In April, V. became the center of one of the biggest NBA scandals of all time. The 31-year-old can be heard in the leaked audio recordings of former Los Angeles Clippers owner, Sterling making disparaging remarks about Black people.
Sterling’s comments ultimately led to him being banned from the NBA for life. “Effective immediately, I am banning Mr. Sterling for life from any association with the Clippers organization or the NBA,” NBA commissioner, Adam Silver said during a press conference in April. “Mr. Sterling may not attend any NBA games or practices. He may not be present at any Clippers facility, and he may not participate in any business or player personnel decisions involving the team.”
