According to The Washington Post, former New York Giant defensive end and current daytime talk show host
Michael Strahan was inducted into the NFL's Hall of Fame this weekend.
He was one of seven former athletes selected for induction including
Derrick Brooks, Andre Reed, Walter Jones, Aeneas Williams, Ray Guy and
Claude Humphrey. Strahan's no stranger to big honors. Strahan recorded 141.5 sacks, the fifth-highest total in NFL history, in
his 15-year career and set the league's single-season record with 22.5
sacks in 2001. He holds the
record for the most sacks in a single season.
