Kim & Kanye Suing YouTube Founder Chad Hurley

In a lawsuit filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are suing YouTube Founder Chad Hurley for releasing highlights from Kanye’s proposal on Oct. 21 in San Francisco’s AT&T Park reports Sandra Rose. Not that West and Kardashian didn’t know cameras were recording every second of the evening, or that they didn’t plan to broadcast every second on “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” but, they didn’t plan on someone else sharing it – or making money off the footage.

Sidebar: If this was a normal couple I'd get it. But it's Kim and Kanye, so really? You both love publicity, well at least we know Kim does. So, really it's just about the money and exclusivity of the footage. Not that it is or was a sacred moment just for them and their family. Lol! We were going to see it anyway on Keeping up with the Kardashians. If people leak music, you think this is not going to get leaked. Puhlease. I cannot believe they are really suing. Oh the price of fame.
